1. Warranty Period
PlankStand provides a one-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Parts Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use for the following components:

• Wooden surfaces and panels
• Structural frame and support pole
• Metal parts, bolts, screws, and fasteners
• General structural integrity of the product

If any of these components fail due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, PlankStand will repair or replace the affected part at its discretion.

3. Cushions – Important Exclusion
The arm cushions are not covered by this warranty except in cases of clear manufacturing defects identified upon delivery or normal early use.
Damage resulting from wear and tear, pressure, friction, sweat, cleaning products, misuse, or improper handling is not covered.

4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modifications
• Commercial or non-intended use
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents, drops, or environmental damage (humidity, heat, sunlight exposure)
• Use of unapproved accessories or repairs by unauthorized parties

5. Customer Responsibilities
To obtain service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the defect. PlankStand may require photos or return of defective components.

6. Limitation of Liability
PlankStand’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. No refunds, compensation for incidental damage, or claims for consequential loss are provided under this warranty.
