Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary based on inventory availability, order volume, and operational requirements. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted third-party carriers. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary by destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs inspections or clearance times

  • Duties, taxes, import fees, or surcharges

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Any such costs or delays are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier directly. We are unable to refund or replace orders that carriers confirm as delivered.

Shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees will be refunded minus shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence so we can initiate a carrier claim and send a replacement if applicable.

Any estimated shipping timeline provided for pre-orders or backordered items is an approximation only and subject to change.
