Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a PlankStand product, so we’ve made our return process clear and straightforward.

Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the product must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and include all components, accessories, and documentation exactly as received.

Condition Requirements
Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts may be rejected or approved for only a partial refund. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the required condition.

Return Shipping Fees
For non-defective items, a $100 return shipping fee applies. This amount covers carrier costs, inspection handling, and restocking. The fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, a replacement unit will be shipped out promptly.
