We strive to accurately describe and display our products. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device.

We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations. Product descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once confirmed and payment is processed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy available on our website.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly between you and PlankStand Limited. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. By using the Services, you release Shopify from any related claims.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the Services, certain information may also be processed according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlankStand Limited.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any disputes.

22. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

23. LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Period

PlankStand provides a one-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Parts Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal intended use for the following components:

  • Wooden surfaces and panels

  • Structural frame and support pole

  • Metal parts, bolts, screws, and fasteners

  • General structural integrity

We will repair or replace defective components at our discretion.

Cushions – Important Exclusion

The arm cushions are not covered except for clear manufacturing defects identified upon delivery or early normal use. Wear from pressure, friction, sweat, cleaning products, or misuse is not covered.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modification

  • Commercial or non-intended use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents, drops, or environmental exposure

  • Unauthorized repairs or accessories

Customer Responsibilities

You must provide proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the defect. We may require photos or return of components.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. No refunds or compensation for incidental or consequential damages are provided under this warranty.

24. SAFETY & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

PlankStand is a general wellness and posture-engagement device. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice. Use at your own risk. Consult a physician if you have health concerns or pre-existing conditions.

25. RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)

Full details are available in our Refund Policy on the website.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all components

  • $100 return shipping fee applies to non-defective returns

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection

  • Defective/damaged items reported within 48 hours are replaced at no cost
